Uganda Name Squads For MCC Tour

Uganda have named separate national and national “A” squads for the forthcoming MCC visit.

Star players Charles Waiswa, Roger Mukasa and Junior Kwebiha return for the main side.
Promising 16 year old Emmanuel Nakaana has also been named. Classy batsman Hamza Saleh was not selected. A number of inexperienced players get an opportunity in the “A” side.

    Yes, it is.

    I wonder if Hamza has returned to London to study and play club cricket?

    He was there for a while in 2007, so that could be the reason.

    I rate Hamza Saleh as the second best batsman in Uganda at the moment.

  18. Hamza should definatley be in the squad. Stupid that he isnt. I play club cricket with him and he was easily the best batsman in the league! Uganda are missing out!
