  1. Just a quick note Ben, Bangladesh weren’t a full member until June 2000, hence were still an associate at the time of the World Cup that year.

    And why ignore the 1988 and 1998 World Cups?

    Mainly because I couldn’t find reliable records for every match played in those tournaments, so I figured I best not guess.
