		<description>I&#039;ve coached cricketers from a fair few countries over the years and I can assure you that Papua New Guinea has a lot of very talented players. What they need is some technical help and a lot more cricket against good standard teams. They will learn a lot from this tournament and that can only be a good thing.

		<description>Well, you might have noticed that the PNG players use the pull shot often. 

That is a legacy of playing on concrete/matting wickets where the ball bounces up at the same height.

On turf wickets with less consistent bounce, you must play straighter. 

You can see that the Indian lads play on turf regularly. Thre favoured the drives and straight bat shots and executed superbly.

I can see a number of the Indian players going on to represent their country at senior level.</description>

		<description>Yep......I can see what you mean. They have talent PNG.....very much like West Indies style cricket. It just seems that they didn&#039;t do the basics properly....like choosing the right ball to hit.....controlling the swinging ball etc....but a good coach could really work something with those lads...they don&#039;t llok like they have probably had proper intensive coaching like those of us in England had/have but as you say...the raw material is there.</description>
